Contact Manager Overview

What is the Contact Manager?

Contact Manager is an application designed to organize all of your company and contact information. It provides you with the ability to add as many companies and contacts as you wish. Once this information has been entered it is easily editable.

If you wish to enter a contact which is not associated with a specific company, Contact Manager provides you with a Personal Contacts Folder. Any personal contacts may be stored in here for your own private use. The personal Contacts Folder is accessible only by you.

Contact Manager also gives you the option of transferring contacts between companies.

The company and contact display pages provide you with all contact data at a glance. Company's and contact's email addresses are directly linked to Synergy's email program, and Web addresses are linked to their respective URLs.
