All our servers are monitored at the hardware level and the service level on a 24 x 7 basis. In the event of a major hardware or network error affecting service outside Office Hours, our Technicians are paged out.

We employ intelligent service monitoring, and in the event of services becoming unstable, an automatic recovery script will stop and start individual services.
