Whichever Hosting Account you have signed up for, you should have received an Email from us detailing three important identifiers you will need to publish information or seek Email Support from us. Print them off and keep them in a safe place.

  1. Your Userid

This is the userid you will retain to login to any of our services. When you login for the first time using Frontpage 2000 or FTP, setting up your Email, accessing your stats, or connecting to SQL server, you will be asked to input your userid and password to gain access.

Typically your userid should look like this:- Joe.Bloggs

  2. Your Password

Your password is used in conjunction with your userid, and for security purposes, will be a mixture of numerics and lowercase and uppercase characters.

Typically your password should look something like this:- B&p23z

  3. Your Account ID

This is a numeric ID which is unique to your account with us. If you quote your account ID in all billing or support enquiries it will enable us to deal with your enquiry quicker.

If you cannot quote your account ID, your Domain Name can be used in its place.
